Cindy Bialowas, if you’ll remember, was one of the folks who got on the Cuyahoga County government payroll thanks to the ever-popular friends and family plan run by Frank Russo and Jimmy Dimora. Bialowas is the sister of Frank Russo’s housemate, Michael Calabrese.
Russo made headlines when, just before he resigned from office, he appointed Bialowas to help head the embattled Boards of Revision.
19 Action News reports this morning that Bialowas was finally fired today. We’re surprised it took this long.
