Though some of their tunes are admittedly rather cheesy, Daryl Hall & John Oates are — as they boldly claim on their website — the number one selling duo in music history. Take that, Simon and Garfunkel. Hall & Oates spent a good chunk of 2012 on the road in support of their box set, Do What You Want, Be What You Are: The Music of Daryl Hall & John Oates, and that same tour continues into 2013. They will play the Akron Civic Theatre on Friday, Feb. 22. Tickets go on sale on Friday at 10 a.m.
