Revealed at the annual Broadway Launch Party last night, the roster coming to Playhouse Square in October includes seven hit musicals, with each production running for three weeks.
Even though we already knew Frozen was coming, the rest of the list was still a mystery. What follows is a mix of brand new musicals fresh from Broadway, as well as classic favorites:
Oct. 8-27 Summer: The Donna Summer Musical
Nov. 5-24 The Band’s Visit (won the 2018 Tony for Best Musical)
Dec. 3-22 Mean Girls
Feb. 4-23 Anastasia
March 10-29 Jesus Christ Superstar (celebrating its 50th Anniversary)
April 28-May 17 My Fair Lady
July 15-Aug. 16 Frozen
