Charles Ramsey flew to New York City yesterday for national media appearances. The above photo, via Facebook, was taken at Hopkins International Airport.
When asked to pose for the picture Ramsey allegedly said: “I couldn’t hug this many white women if I had Bill Gates’ money.”
That’s Almost as memorable as the moment in Ramsey’s interview on Good Morning America when George Stephanopoulos said he was an Orange High School alum. Ramsey flashed a peace sign before reminding Stephanopoulos that, since Ramsey graduated from Brush, they were rivals.

Hopefully he uses his new-found fame to bring some comfort or peace to the families of the victims, and to remind people to always be careful.
People who question his heroism..Charles made the second call to confirm what was happening. He knew the kidnappers Miata he was driving in. He described the vehicle so they caught him before he got away. In one of the photos, you see him with the child and Amanda while all this was going on. This is enough to make him a true hero in the eyes of many. Even if he didn’t break the door down, which I firmly believe he did do and not that Dominican guy.
