We can all use more excuses to eat, drink, and be merry outdoors, and luckily Clevelanders will have an opportunity to do just that this upcoming weekend.

The 45th annual Hessler Street Festival will take to the street (Hessler Street, of course), in University Circle, on Saturday and Sunday. The festival runs from 11 a.m. until dusk, both days, and boasts dozens of musical performances, entertainment acts, food and drink vendors, and a popup style arts and crafts market, all to benefit the preservation and maintenance of the Hessler Street neighborhood.

Folks can expect to sample a smattering of local, independent fare and jam to tunes provided by local acts like JiMiller Band, Mo’ Mojo, and Revolution Brass Band, to name a few. Also on tap for tots, are pony rides (pony rides!), courtesy of the Pony Tales Farm.
