James Orr, who probably won’t be the face of any PETA campaigns anytime soon, is in trouble with the law for a small mountain of questionable actions. The mentally ill 36-year-old was apparently upset about his mother’s cat, and when she suggested that he leave her house, he responded by choking the cat and throwing it against the wall.
Mom then called the cops.
When they showed up Orr barricaded himself in the apartment with a shotgun. Mom let the officers in, which is when Orr started attacking them.
