Jimmy Dimora, who pleaded not guilty to all charges brought by the Feds last week, will be allowed to resume his job as a Cuyahoga County Commissioner.

A judge ruled this morning that despite the mountains of corruption charges, Dimora can go back to work, albeit it under a litany of conditions.

The Plain Dealer reports:

Vince Grzegorek has been with Scene since 2007 and editor-in-chief since 2012. He previously worked at Discount Drug Mart and Texas Roadhouse.

  1. That also gives him the ability to cover up any addition crimes he’s involved in that the Feds did not uncover and he gets to do it while still getting paid by the public. You can trust that Judge Vecchiarelli is a liberal/progressive? In this country you are inocent until proven guilty, but anyone with an ounce of common sense would put him on paid leave of absence with orders of no contact with anyone involved in government. In addition if he had any integrity at all and is not guilty, he would totally agree with such an action.
