John Kasich has faced a media and popular backlash early in his administration because he had filled his cabinet looked like a meeting of the Massachusetts Young Republicans club. It wasn’t just white, it was lily snow white.
With the director of minority affairs position, however, Kasich finally tabbed … you guessed it… a minority, naming Lynn Stevens, an African-American, to the post.

Oh gosh…..It’s always about race isn’t it? You know there would be a lot less racism in this world if people stopped calling everything ‘racism’ and the media stopped making it headline news.
He hires the people most qualified for the job period. Just because you’re black or hispanic or whatever else ethnic group, doesn’t mean your entitled to a job. Why would anyone in their right mind give someone a job based on the color of his skin anyway?! Frankly I’m tired of the black community crying foul and playing the race card all of the time! Do a better job and maybe you would get THE job!!
