It takes a real troll to request the special OSU-themed Ohio license plate design only because you want to use the scarlet “O” to spell “OVRATED.” (There’s a Penn State sticker in the back window, if you can’t see it.)

Not that we don’t know a thing or two about trolling Buckeye fans.

  3. I’m glad he feels like paying $35 or whatever every year for that. As a Buckeyes fan, it’s worth it if you ask me. Besides, I’m sure most people assume his plate is saying “V-rated” and assume he’s either some kind of movie buff or just an idiot.
