Disgusting, disgusting news out of Vermilion today.
Louis Bernard, 30, was arrested by police for allegedly raping a 9-year-old girl.
The victim told her parents on Sunday that Bernard had sexually assaulted her on more than one occasion.

Why does’nt the justice give the death penalty, or life in prison without the possibility of parole. We lock these freaks up for a little while and then we let them out again to do the same thing, this is a no boner,the only way to stop this S*** from happening againg is to kill these a**holes. Being a kid is the pits now days,hell kids are’nt safe anywhere,not even with some of their parents, what are they to do. Ministers, teachers, boyscout leaders,uncles , fathers,mothers, policemen,most of the people who are suppose to keep you from harm, are all now suspects.
Yes we are NOT SAFE!!!!! from crappy news organizations that simply publish allegations. I know these people. This crap stems from a psycho ex. It’s all lies, and as of March 2011 the mother is already recanting. Actually, she tried this crap before without the daughter and was laughed at. Gifts to the daughter, who is being used in this whole thing, have prompted the daughter to momentarily take the mother’s side. There is no evidence (because it’s FRAUD), no indictment, and currently no complaining witness. This type of shoddy reporting and the people that read it make me embarrassed to live in OHIO. Disgusting! Disgusting!
i used to know this man back in the day..and although i NEVER thought in a million years he would do something like this…but i never thought he would put me through the things he put me through as well…..so before u go saying the ex is psycho u also need to remember this man is also someones psycho ex :)……not saying hes guilty or innocent..but im glad hes out of my life for good thats for sure!!!!!!!
