If you have any friends who are lawyers or who have endured the unfortunate DUI stop, you’ve probably heard the advice that you should never take a Breathalyzer.

In the heat of the moment, however, with the cop staring you down on the side of the road and hazy, booze-clouded thoughts running through your head, it’s hard to get a firm grip on what you should do. You’re on the spot, worrying about the immediate ramifications of what a DUI could mean for your job, your life, your family. What do you do?

Twinsburg Patch reports cops recently pulled over a man who couldn’t decide whether to put lips to machine, so he took a minute to have a very loud debate with himself — estimating body weight, drinks consumed, etc. — while they waited.
