19 Action News has the story of Marc Garofoli, a bailiff for Cuyahoga County Probate Judge Anthony Russo, and his arrest for DUI last night.

It’s your run-of-the-mill DUI case for the most part: a cop spotted Garofoli weaving and speeding on I-480, pulled him over, and went through the field sobriety test.

The hilarious part? Garofoli pulling the “Do you know who I am?” routine because he works for a judge.

His lame attempt to get out of the arrest after the jump.

  2. “Run-of-the-mill” DUI case??? Oh, really??? He was clocked at 96 miles an hour. They say his car reached the speed of OVER 100 miles an hour, he not only had been drinking, he FAILED multiple field sobriety tests, although he has a CCW permit, he had his gun with him and he was DRUNK, he intimitedated/threatened the cop????????????????????????????
    “THIS” is NOT just ‘run-of-the-mill DUI case…Oh, btw, he not only is a bailiff, ie. officer of the court, but for none other than the Probate Judge, Anthony Russo whom is Frank Russo’s brother. Oh, and btw, do you know who his father is???

    Lastly, the Plain Dealer has managed to competely and totally FAIL at even mentioning this very worthy news item. In fact, some folks whom have tried to post info. have had their post deleted and at least one poster got tossed for replying back that they agree…
