The Howard Dean bus (AKA the PsychoMotherFucker Express) will roll through Cleveland tonight for a Democratic National Committee grassroots rally at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. I don’t know about you, but the Crowne Plaza doesn’t exactly scream “grassroots.” Dean is expected to outline his “50-State Strategy” for taking the White House in 2008 [cue the Insane Clown Posse]. Those close to the DNC chairman say the first step is to slip massive doses of rohypnol into his Diet Coke before he goes on stage, hoping to avoid a stage IV crystal-meth meltdown like the one at the 2004 Iowa Caucus. Funny there’s more news about Dean from the opposition blogs than from Democrats. The man is excellent, and would do the Democrats, and hence, the country, well.
Even Republicans benefit from competent and reliable Democrats, of which there are too few.
There’s no way Bush and Cheney can get impeached with the current Dem line up.
I prefer the real version of the Dean scream shot from the floor of the event. There has been no editing of the sound which was not boosted like the CSPAN microphone.

From late November to March 2004 there was a take-down of a conservative Democrat by the Washington media, Republicans and the DC establishment Democrats who didn’t want an outsider costing them patronage.
Because of Hurricane Dean… I was asking myself “Where’s Howard Dean?” Somebody must have shut him up. Then I Google him and find he’s out on the campaign trail… apparently without much press. And it’s good to see he’s attacking Rove… Hillary’s going after George W. on her stump speeches… Dean sees fit to attack Rove… jeeze… these guys might win that 2000 election after all…
