We’re really into black and white applications of the law these days, in part because readers seem to dig into the debate and go at it. Here’s another situation spinning through the news cycle about a guy who didn’t know he was violating statute, but ended up on the wrong side of the law.
This week, 28-year-old David Laurenty called the Mentor police to his home to report a theft. But according to Mentor Patch, Laurenty was the only one who ended up in handcuffs.

This is rediculous.
It is ridiculous. Owning one gun makes your home far less safe. Owning thirteen makes it a real danger zone, and strongly indicates you have a very, very short penis. Hopefully, guns will be outlawed so short-penised criminal idiots like Mr. Laurenty can’t accidentally shoot people.

What I can’t figure out is why was he banned from owning a gun with a misdemeanor conviction ??? Anyone know ?? I thought that was just felony’s ?
Few facts missing from this ‘story’.
What, did he just have his arsenal of weapons sitting out on a table?
Did the police search his entire home and find them?
Or did he just say,”oh yea, I have like 13 guns in the house, just to let you know”.
Doesn’t make sense. Just sayin’…
