Ohio — the birthplace of aviation and Presidents; the land of buckeyes, football, Lake Erie, John Boehner’s tan; and apparently, the place to go if you’re a criminal in search of a gun.

That according to a new study released by Mayors Against Illegal Guns, a group that has considerably more members than its counterpart: Mayors For Illegal Guns.

As it turns out, over half the guns involved in crimes during 2009 were bought in just ten states, and one of those states was Ohio.

  1. Why do you have a picture of “She bought that in Ohio” Just another example of misleading information you put out there. You could buy “that” in almost every state. “That” has nothing to do whatsoever with why criminals get guns from Ohio.
    Please stop your graphic propaganda and figure out what you’re talking about and mabye someday Americans will trust the meida again.

  2. the states cited include those with population rankings of #1,2,4,7,10,11,12,14 and 20 and amount to more than 44% of the total U.S. population; 136 million of 307 million people. It’s fairly obvious why those statistics weren’t included by a reporter. Of those 136 million people in the “top” ten states apparently only about 21,000 alleged purchases were made by criminals who later transported those guns across state lines. That’s one instance per 14,600 population. Some people commit crimes. That’s why we have cops and courts.

  4. I Couldnt agree with all of ya more, But the BIG problem is the EU Sticking their nose in are Business. And we have a President that will bow down to these people. They are wanting control and they are getting those people in all the offices. We as Americans need to stand up and be a little more smart and dont let these people take control

Guns aren’t the problem, liberal policies are. Let him whine to his pals at the ground zero mosque he is so in favor of building. I bet they’d love to disarm Americans!
