Update: Bob Mecklenborg officially quit yesterday afternoon, but his resignation pegged August 2 as his last day in office, which means Mecklenborg ensured he will get a full paycheck for the month of July. Nice work if you can get it. (Columbus Dispatch)

After everyone's favorite Mr. Family Values Ohio state rep Bob Mecklenborg was nabbed in Indiana on a suspected DUI (the hilarious video of which you can watch here) with a a woman who was most definitely not his in his car, it's pretty safe to guess how he spends his nights. But it looks like he will soon have to find a new way to spend his days.
The Columbus Dispatch reports today that House speaker William G. Batchelder (R-Medina) thinks Mecklenborg should resign after his run-in with the law, especially because Meck didn't tell leadership about his allegedly inebriated journey across the Indiana border until after the news went public.
"I don't think he'll come back to the capitol building," Batchelder said.
Also, we don't think he'll be going back to Indiana.
