Tween idols The Jonas Brothers are playing Blossom tomorrow night (swoon!), but there are some much more important things to take care of today.

Like pick-up softball.

Nick Jonas tweeted out a simple request today, causing fans to go apeshit and start organizing softball games on the fly: “Wanna play softball today… Anyone got a game going on tonight in Cleveland that could use a walk on”

And thus, thousands of softball players were born all over Northeast Ohio.

It’s unclear whether the musician would opt to play pitcher or catcher – or whatever position, really – but fans will be scanning the local sandlots all evening for a chance to play with one of the greats.
