If you’re simply looking for the end result of his attempt at siphoning some of those dollar bills from the fine establishment, it’s this: he pleaded guilty to unauthorized use of property. Charges for extortion and the ever-popular “possession of criminal tools,” were dropped.

Who knows why OSHA compliance officer Joseph Schwarz did what he did? Perhaps dizzied by the mountains of supple beautiful flesh surrounding him, maybe in need of a boost to his bank account, or just lacking the common sense to know that his scheme was bound for failure.

One would think, with all that has been happening over the past few years in Cuyahoga County, public employees would lay low for a while until things blow over before going back to business as usual. And $10,000? He could have gotten a few years worth of free lap dances if he’d have played his cards right. That would have been something that wouldn’t have cost the business $$ and all would have been happy. But, this guy was stupid greedy. There is an old unwritten rule in cash driven businesses, skimming more than 10% off the top is considered being a pig. This guy was more than a pig, and he pissed the business off.
Now considering the Feds recent success in cases in Cuyahoga County, when OSHA placed the inspector on leave, was that paid leave or unpaid leave?

Well I know Joe personally (he dated a good friend of mine for many years, yes even while married). He’s a complete scumbag. This is one of many, many bad things he was up to. And this was probably to support his OxyContin addiction. Now his wife divorced him & he’s penniless at his moms. Karmas a bitch
