Browns fans got the vote out and in staggering fashion. Bruiser, basher, and all-around badass Peyton Hillis beat Aaron Rodgers in the semifinals of the ESPN/EA Madden cover vote, netting 61% of the available 546,617 votes (as of last count).

Up next: Michael Vick. (Who knows who PETA’s gonna back in this one: the admitted dog abuser or the guy who hunts wild boar.)

Go vote now. Go vote tomorrow. Tell your friends to vote. And when they admonish you about the stupid Madden curse, tell them they’re stupid.

If you’re guessing that we’ll give you get semi-regular reminders to vote as the clock ticks down to April 27 (the live announcement of the winner), then you’re guessing right. Get ready for a whole lotta Hillis.

Go vote now.

Go vote now.

Go vote now.

  1. There’s a difference between hunting and torturing. Pretty sure Hillis isn’t electrocuting, drowning, fighting or making money off the wild boars.

  2. Serving your legal sentence isn’t the same as paying your moral debt to society. Michael Vick is a Sociopath.
