Look at the cars in the lot. That photo was taken when Capt Franks was a cool lunch spot, and great for an early dinner. I remeber as a boy going to the place with my mother and later, having lunch with friends.
Sure do miss the place, Always great waitress and the food was the best.
I could meet my freinds from the West side and the East side of town have fun, eat good and a wonderful view.
Wonderful memories just came back, thanks
