Just about every news outlet in town did a story on those ubiquitous stickers bearing Frank Russo’s smiling face following his indictment and resignation last week.
The gist: They’re not going anywhere from now, and though the sticker itself says it’s illegal to remove or deface it, plenty of would-be artists are lending their strokes to Russo’s mug. This one, sent in by a reader, shows Mr. Russo in the next stage of his life.

The news reports say that the county cannot afford (Iwonder why) to remove the stickers form the gas tanks in Cuyahoga County. Here is an idea–let the citizens who were ripped off(all of us) remove the stickers. It will be my(our) pleasure!!
