The man’s charges include a fifth-degree felony charge of ethnic intimidation and a misdemeanor charge of aggravated menacing.
The vehicle collision and subsequent confrontation in a nearby parking, which the Alliance Police Department called a “hit-skip accident” in a Facebook post, occurred around 8 a.m. Tuesday.
The man got out of the car to switch seats with the passenger, according to the victim’s Facebook post. The woman and an unnamed co-defendant both said the man then returned to his car to retrieve a handgun, according to police, but the man never showed a weapon.
