A crossbow-totting speed demon led eight different police departments on a cross-county chase Sunday, a steamroll of crazy that probably shot right across your ‘burb.
According to the Chronicle-Telegram, Randy D. Black, 40-years-old and hailing from Quincy, Ill., was hot on the police radios as missing and possibly armed when a trooper from the Ohio Highway Patrol spotted him on Interstate 80; Black failed to pull over when signaled, and it was off to the races.
