A call from a reader, regarding “Amish Girls Gone Wild,” March 14, 2007: Yes, I’m just a reader – actually, a former reader of the Scene magazine. I won’t be reading it no more. Your article in March was quite vulgar about the “Amish Girls Gone Wild.” It was pathetic.
If you have nothing better to do with your time than interview and, like, stretch everything out of proportion, then you need to get a life, woman, because the article was sad, sad, sad. And you might want to, like, go get a job elsewhere doing something that you’re better at, because me and a bunch of others thought it was just bizarre, silly, and stupid. Adios!
This article appears in May 2-8, 2007.

How do you consider that vulgar? I’ve seen more vulgar listings in the personal section than anything I read in that article. I found it to be an interesting editorial, and not just on the amish, but a bit on society itself. Clearly you have the mind of a twelve year old and the grammar to prove it. Like, go flame about it on your livejournal or myspace.
