Here’s one caller’s response to last week’s story, “Judge Nasty,” a glimpse into one of America’s most terrifying judges, John Plough: “I remember the judge while I was a professor at Kent State, obviously in Portage County, and you know it reminds me of the famous saying, I believe, by lord Acton – power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. And here’s an idiot! I mean, my God! The man is a fool! And he doesn’t know it! You know, I’m an independent voter, but I compare him to Denny Kucinich. You know, Denny doesn’t know he’s an idiot, but then again, this is what happens when you have power. And, you know, it’s sad. It’s a sad state of affairs that there are not the proper checks and balances available to say how do you stop clowns like this. Do you wait for the next election? There’s got to be a better process. The man is a jerk and he doesn’t know it. That’s the tragedy, isn’t it? When you’re an idiot and you don’t know that you are the court jester. Thank you.”

Idiot is being kind. This man believes he rules Portage County. He feels that he is the “keeper of everyones keys.”
This guy doesn’t know when to quit even with the Supreme Court of Ohio investigating him.
Judge John Plough is a Municipal Judge that hears traffic cases and misdeameanors.
Judge Plough signed a “sealed felony search warrant” for the Police Chief in Aurora, Ohio earlier this year.
This sealed felony warrant allowed Seth Reiwaldt to break into my widowed sisters home in Aurora, as she lay sleeping in bed, and “steal” my nephews property and my sisters property, without any sort of explanation.
She wasnt even told what the “sealed felony serach warrant” was about. Seth Riewaldt and his cowboys came in removed 18K of property and left like thieves in the night.
Over 90 days passed, My sister, or my nephews were never questioned about anything.
My sister and nephews are very good people. After almost 90 days passed, and never being asked a question about this “sealed felony search warrant” and not having any insight as to what it was even about. My sister realized Seth Riewaldt was trying to practice law telling her all sorts of things.
My sister found an attorney who contacted this Police Chief and informed him what he was doing was against the law. Seth Riewaldt informed a seasoned attorney of 40 years, that he was wrong about the ORC. Seth then replied to her attorney saying, “I’m not giving the property back”
My sisters attorney did exactly what he said and filed a lawsuit against Seth Riewaldt the Chief of Police in Aurora, some 90 days after this “sealed felony search warrant” was served.
Seth Riewaldt knew enough about the law to break it and commit corruption. He knew as long as my sister was not charged with a crime, it would be impossible to hire a criminal attorney to defend or help her.
A lawsuit was filed on behalf of my sister and my nephews against Seth Riewaldt the Police Chief In Aurora.
Days after Seth Riewaldt was served with the lawsuit, My sister was in fact indicted on Identity Fraud.
The low down to this whole Corruption begining with Judge John Plough enabling The Police Chief in Aurora, to “steal” property and hide behind this “sealed felony search warrant” is this…..
A MySpace Profile was created using pictures of my Minor Neice and her Aurora girlfriend, and the girlfriends mother on Spring Break when my niece was 16 years old. My sister trusted this woman with her daughter on Spring Break that was spent at the Grandmothers home in Florida.
While on Spring Break, My minor neice took My sisters digital camera to take pictures. The Adult Mother, not only served my Minor Niece Alcohol, but was stupid enough to take to take pictures of her doing so. Posing in Pictures clearly showing alcohol in hand.
This adult mother even stooped so low as to take several pictures of My Minor Neice Passed unconscious on the floor in a drunken stupor.
My sister found these pictures a month after and went to the police since she was appalled, terribly upset, and concerned.
Seth Riewaldt spoke to my sister, and told her he didnt think it was “THAT BAD” and he refused to do anything.
However months later a Myspace Profile pops up using these pictures of a PROUD adult posing for pictures as she is serving alcohol to my MINOR NEICE, and my sisters door is busted in, she and her sons are berated, bullied, threatend, belittled and dehumanized for hours in their own home, and their property is taken.
Judge John Plough is supposed to make decisions according to the law. However, Judge Plough Enabled Seth Riewaldt to “steal” and cover him.
My sister and her sons dug in deep and arent giving in. Not only was NO information whatsoever found on their seized property dealing with the Myspace profile being created on any of their property.
My sisters day in court is very soon, and this Criminal Shady Grand Jury Indictment that my sister ended up the recipient of, will all go away. Then the Lawsuit is on front and center, and My sister and her sons will be yet one more of the “VICTIMS” of Plough.
Delusions of Gradeur or Abuse of Power, Plough needs to answer for all the wrongs he has done, allowed to be done under the guise, “LADY JUSTICE IS BLIND!!”
Today will be yet one more “imfamous” day for Judge John Plough.
The “sealed felony search warrant” he signed back in March 2007, for Seth Riewaldt, Auroras Chief of Police.
The “BS” indictment that later arose after a civil lawsuit was filed against Auroras Chief of Police, Seth Riewaldt, Well it was
DISMISSED!!!

I verified with counsel that Judge Plough was the trial judge in this case.

EXCERPTS – TWO PARAGRAPHS
{¶8} On July 7, 2008, the matter proceeded to a bench trial. At the beginning
of the trial, the state advised the trial court it was not prepared to proceed. The
assistant prosecutor informed the court that Marble “indicates she does not recall this
event.” In addition, the assistant prosecutor told the court that Officer Todd was
present, “however he states that he does not have enough evidence to proceed.” After
briefly questioning Marble, the trial court determined it would proceed with the trial.
{¶75} The judgment of the Kent Division of the Portage County Municipal Court
is reversed. This matter is remanded to the trial court for further proceedings consistent
with this opinion. Specifically, the trial court shall enter a judgment of acquittal.
I had this guy for a judge on a DUI case in ’04. Everyone revered him as the “gestapo”, well I tried to dismiss that. but boy, he did hand out the harshest of punishments for first time offenders! Overbearing and arrogant as well. I found out my lawyer was one of his cronies, and they had some involvement together in the local democratic party. he interrupted my lawyer and tried to speed it up and get it over with. what crazy sadists would have elected this guy was and is, beyond me.
I stood before Judge Plough Sept.9th 2008 for DUI and child endangering. He gave me the minimum for DUI and dismissed the other. My first and LAST time in court! Plough was fair and gave me a break that I probably didnt deserve. I never drank again, still to this day. That guy is not an idiot. I’ve known plenty in 43 years. I made a mistake. He passed judgement on me. I didnt take it for granted. Sorry some of you feel you were “misjudged”. Thank you Tim Cole,Kent Police, for taking me off the road 7-31-08.
