– An Elyria man was banned from procreating for five years following Judge James Walther’s review of his $79,000 owed in back child support, according to The Cleveland Leader. The man has four children already. With the daunting sentence of keeping it in his pants for half a decade, the man and his attorneys are, obviously, contesting the approach.

– The story behind this week’s Rocky River drive-by homicide is unfolding, sorta. Rocky River police have issued an arrest warrant for Cleveland resident Donovan Owens, 21, according to WKYC. Additional witness reports or tips are welcome at 440-331-1234.

– “It’s all about fun here at Thistledown,” GM Rick Skinner told The Akron Beacon Journal. The 24-hour “racino” is close to opening at Thistledown in North Randall – sometime in April – for better or worse.
