TMZ reports today that Cleveland Cavalier Iman Shumpert can add temporary OB/GYN to his list of off-court accomplishments.

Via TMZ: 

R&B superstar Teyana Taylor says she had no idea she was in labor until she felt the child’s head making it’s way out of her around 6 AM.

“It took two ten count pushes with my fiancé playing Dr and she entered this world into his bare hands!”

Teyana says the Cleveland Cavs star was on the phone with the emergency operator who walked him through the process — and he used a pair of red headphones to tie the umbilical cord (since they didn’t have a medical grade clamp).
