This is *not* racist – and the writer is confused. What he really means is that the wearer’s outfit reminds viewers of the assertion that Chief Wahoo is claimed to be racist. What he SHOULD have said is – hey – let’s not give the media another thing to hype up and remind people of the argument over Chief Wahoo. That would at least have made sense.

  13. So then everyone thinks that the Chicago Blackhawks, Washington Redskins (way more offensive name by the way) should also change their name I’m assuming? Are any of you that feel this way Native American? I have several friends that are and could really give two shits about the Indians and Chief Wahoo. They’re more concerned with the Keystone pipeline going through their sacred lands. Go do something that matters and stop worrying about sports teams names you whiny pussies!
