Billed as the “longest running fetish event in the United States,” the Organ Grinders Ball has been a Cleveland staple for years.

This year’s edition, which takes place tonight at 9 at House of Blues, promises to include a fetish fashion show and an extensive vendor village.

There will even be fetish equipment that you can try out for “voluntary play.” Admission is $25, cash only at the door. You must be at least 21 years of age.
