The top four or five quarterbacks projected for the 2017 NFL Draft better inform their agents before the NFL Combine that they will not play for the Browns. This train wreck of a franchise has zero chance to climb out of the deep pit due to Jimmy and Dee Haslam’s complete incompetence as owners. That they continue to print money is Roger Goodell’s biggest victory for the league.
