Business Insider compiled the cheapest beers available at every major league ballpark in 2014 and your Cleveland Indians, along with the Arizona Diamondbacks, have the most affordable brews around. The average cost for a beer, if you were wondering, is $6.09. The Tribe falls a full two dollars below that with a very Cleveland-friendly price of $4. Now if they would just get rid of Chief Wahoo.   1. I don’t care that I can get a beer for $4 if it comes in a dixie cup. What I care about is how much it costs for a big beer. Besides, the Indians have every reason to want their fans to be drunk – if they are, maybe they won’t notice we’re a couple good starting pitchers short of a roster.

  3. Reading comprehension fail Vince. $4.00 for 12oz of beer > $4.00 for 14 oz of beer. We are 2nd cheapest.

    Very interesting that the smallest beer you can buy in Philly is 21 oz and Minnesota and the Dodger’s smallest are 20 oz. I wonder if they sell tubs of beer there for their larges?

  4. …Not to mention we’re paying for Miller Light/water. I’ll stick with my kegerator of 7% IPA where (once the math is done) 12oz is a little more than a dollar.
