Carl Wolfe pleads guilty to being the creepiest guy at Notre Dame College

In August, Carl Wolfe, a cocky former Notre Dame College basketball player accused of sexually assaulting at least six girls on the South Euclid college, left Judge Hollie Gallagher’s courtroom smiling. A jury cleared him of seven felony counts including, burglary, gross sexual imposition and burglary. They deadlocked on seven others.
Wolfe swaggered out of the courtroom. Prosecutors vowed to retry him.
Wolfe’s new trial on rape and felonious assault charges was supposed to begin today. But in a completely unexpected move, prosecutors received a call from defense attorneys late last week, wanting to talk plea. Seems the cocky athlete was no longer feeling so confident…

  1. How is he a PREDATOR AND not convicted of ANY sex offense and 7 not guiltys in the first trial – and the POLICE are popping champagne ??? A Sexual Predator would have to be CONVICTED of a SEX OFFENSE- hmmmmmmm sounds like it was a SET UP for the POLICE and not the alledged victims – the whole case was about SEX OFFENSES but he WASN’T convicted nor pleaded to any SEX OFFENSE how is this a WIN . 21 Felonys are all of sudden no convictions and 2 SMALL Pleas , looks like WOLFE id the WINNER !!

  2. Well Carl, I mean Mark, if you think he won that’s fine. He is so predicatable and full of himself. But the 2 felonies he plead guilty to will be on his record for life! I sure hope he loves the job he’s at now. Becuase from now on for the rest of his life he will have to disclose that he has two violent felonies on his record. Looks like Wolfe’s dad got off cheap too, only paid 50K for his son to plead guilty in the end….
