Thank for all the comments, please be advised that when a house is listed, the price will show up in a different section. It did sell for $45,000, list price was $44,900. I have to say I am sorry to see this one come off the market, I felt like a Rhine Stone Cowboy, although instead of getting calls and letters from people I don’t even know, I got emails and texts.
I have another listing coming from the same attorney’s office, too bad this one is empty :(.
