Remember when that truck, like, slammed into a bridge overpass on I-90 and essentially shut down traffic on the east side of town for days?
Of course you do; it was insane.
Well, the truck driver who just kinda forgot to lower his trailer that day pleaded not guilty to charges of failure to control, driving an unsafe vehicle and carrying shifting or loose loads. He didn’t show up for his court appearance today, so his attorney filed the plea.
It’s tough to say what sort of argument is fomenting there, as the situation was among the most unsafe events ever.

WAS THIS GUY TESTED FOR DRUG USE? HE SHOULD BE TESTED ON AN ON GOING BASIS.wHAT WOULD OF HAPPENED IF THERE WAS A PEDESTRIAN WALKING ON THE BRIDGE, HE PROPABLY WOULD OF CLAIMED THAT IT WAS THE PESDESTRIAN’S FAULT FOR BEING ON THE BRIDGE!
LOL, Not Guilty, my ass!
Of course he’s not guilty. Nobody’s ever guilty when asked during arraignment, not matter how obvious their guilt is and how many people witnessed the act that they committed. And why bother quoting this cockroach’s attorney? They’re nothing but hired liars who parrot what their client tells them. They’re not interested in the truth. They’re interested in getting their client off at any cost through any maneuvering they can muster up. And why isn’t this guy embarrassed about his client failing to appear? Answer: Because he’s a criminal defense attorney, and criminal defense attorneys have no shame. These are all reason why I have very little respect for our judicial system.
“no matter”, “reasons”.
@Edward…Amen…Effing scum…
It’s official. I hate this piece of garbage, even more than I did before. Can we deport him to Antarctica and make him build a bridge there as punishment? If it takes him 20 years to do, well, oh well.
