The creator and star of TruTV’s Adam Ruins Everything, comedian Adam Conover has just announced a live tour in support of the show that “dispels common misconceptions and encourages the audience to think critically about the world around them.”

Dubbed Mind Parasites Live, the tour is a hybrid of stand-up comedy and psychedelic biology class. Conover will talk about the “cultural parasites” that seek to control your mind and behavior, and he’ll explain how you can protect yourself from their influence and achieve “intellectual freedom.” The tour coincides with all-new episodes of the Adam Ruins Everything that’ll premiere at the end of next month.

Conover performs at the Agora on Friday, Dec. 7. Tickets cost $37.50.
