The thing that brings me joy on my labour day weekend is that i get together with all my extended family and go camping.
My joy is not waking up before 10am on Monday morning. 🙂

What brings me JOY this Labor Day weekend?!? My husband is coming home from a deployment. We haven’t seen him in nine months. Saturday is going to be a JOYous day for my family.

We spend Labor Day weekend camping, outdoors for three days, hiking, swimming in a real body of water, sitting around a roaring then ember fire, having stews and s’mores, reveling in lightening bugs and stars and occasional meteors, and listening to crickets and critters all night. Throw in a young family with three rambunctious boys and it’s a perfect weekend.
