If you’ve never seen the full episode, and if you also haven’t found a reason to get sad about the Browns yet this week, do yourself a favor and blow off 43 minutes of work today and watch the whole thing now that it’s up on YouTube.

  1. Before the triumph of politics found the Browns leaving for Baltimore, Peter Richmond – in his book: “Ballpark: Camden Yards and the Building of an American Dream” – wrote that Art Modell wanted to relocate the team to Baltimore after the Colts left for Indianapolis…..but only if it could be coordinated with Cleveland receiving an expansion franchise. Though published several years before the move, the “elites” in the local news media didn’t pick up on the story back then — and continue the willful amnesia by refusing to explore the issue.

  2. Hey, SeaGulls: the next time you feel the urge to post a comment based upon a book, instead of reading somebody’s 10-year-old Amazon review and then commenting based upon what somebody else typed, how about actually reading the book yourself before you start typing. Seriously.
