The Tower City food court is magical place. By that, we of course mean that it’s deserted — even McDonald’s closed.

Rafeal Gullatte captured video the other day of one more reason to avoid the place altogether and posted said video to Facebook. The scenario: An unruly and angry customer who was displeased with his food and wanted to return it and get his money back vs. employees who took issue with his words, actions and tones — especially when he started flipping his shit and tossing their stand. He tried to walk away (and later tosses a racial slur at the employees). They hopped the counter and went after him. Anyway, just watch.

  1. Is this the way to conduct a business? I’ve never seen “business people” jump over the counter for $2 to assault and chase a man … “THIS BUSINESS IS CLOSED FOR REMODELING”

  2. The author of this story reporting is biased. The business owners tossed (through) stuff at the customer first. Tell the story as it is directly on the video “scene by scene”.. pun intended
