Beginning April 3, the West Side Market will finally extend its hours to Sundays. However, not all vendors plan to be part of the debut. Many of them will, however.

Here’s the list of vendors that will be open from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. starting this Sunday:

Sunday hours is just one change going on at the West Side Market. Expect to see paid parking, more trees and a lot of orange cones soon. Starting Tuesday, Phase 1 of the West Side Market Parking Lot Improvement Project begins. Several portions of Hick’s Lot will be affected.

When the dust clears we can expect at least 128 additional parking spaces. There will also be a new system for controlling stormwater flow into the city’s sewer system.

The whole project is slated for completion by December 1.

  1. paid parking will shoot them in the foot. I will not go shopping to pay for parking. Poor Nate’s Deli will loose customers too. And who is the asshole that will make the money?
