So the Cavs are in China playing some worthless exhibition games, killing their endurance for the beginning of the season, and, with Damon Jones’ face on billboards over there, creating the very real chance that Jones just says, Fuck it, I’m staying over here where I’m appreciated. But that’s another topic. What’s notable about this trip is that Bron Bron was spotted wearing an Indians hat while speaking to reporters. This is, of course, on the heels of the crap LeBron (rightfully) took for wearing a Yankees hat during the ALDS at Jacobs Field.
Did LeBron have a change of heart? Is he a hat whore? Is he a front-runner?
Who the hell knows?
The dreaded New York Yankees have had plenty of celebrities don their head gear because … well, I can’t think of a good reason, but they do it anyway. Hillary Clinton, a Chi-town native, has worn it, and Tom Brady, New England’s wet dream, shocked everyone by putting on enemy attire too. Hell, even CC Sabathia put a Yanks cap on waaayyy back in the day (let’s not even talk about that).
