This year, the competition pits 22 former Cleveland sports stars and media personalities against each other: Cavs announcer Ronnie Duncan will make crab cakes, Fusion linebacker Wanda Ross will whip up fried cabbage, and Langhorne will dish out the beans with old teammates Herman Fontenot and James White.
“They’re all southerners, and their food does not taste like mine, because they use different spices than we use up here,” says Dansby. “But I’ll tell you what those Browns boys can cook.”
