Jeff Cesario has channeled his his disdain for traffic into his stand-up show. “I’m in a four-car line, and the guy in front of the line isn’t moving,” the comic says. “I hit my horn, and the guy in front of me throws his hands up. I’m literally saying into my windshield, ‘I’m not talking to you.’”
