Greet the Fall Equinox with 108 Sun Salutations signifying the passing of Summer into Fall, an auspicious time when night and day are in equal balance followed by day giving way to night and warm temperatures change to cool.
A time to let go of what no longer serves you and celebrate the abundance and reaping the harvest of Summer.
108 Sun Salutations are practiced in four sets of 27 with a short break between each round. Each round will be dedicated to a specific aspect of letting go and abundance. We will end with energizing and inspiring savasana.
