Hold on to your cowboy hats for this one!
“Conservative singer songwriter” Lloyd Marcus has attracted a lot of attention for being that rare bird — a black right-winger. So he’s been touring the country of the Tea Party Express bus performing at rallies. He says at every stop, he’s flooded with requests from other performers who want to take part in the rallies.
So, he tells (who else?), Fox News, “We can’t have everybody performing at the rallies, we can’t fit them all on the bus, so for awhile I’ve been trying to think about how we can get all these people involved.”
His answer: a big recording session June 5 featuring his song ‘Take Back America,” which will be released on an album with ten other tracks submitted by conservative performers.
He says he hasn’t got any names lined up that would equal “We Are The World” contributors Michael Jackson, Quincy Jones, Stevie Wonder, Billy Joel, Paul Simon, Tina Turner, Diana Ross, Bob Dylan, or Bruce Springsteen.
In fact, he hasn’t got anyone lined up — but he’s hoping to contact former Saturday Night Live dingbat Victoria Jackson and heavy-metal bowhunter Ted Nugent.
At least, Nugent could bring deer meat for everyone. —Anastasia Pantsios

The tea-baggers are just a sad group of old, white, rich, malcontent republicans who hate blacks, hispanics, asians, the middle class and the poor and hate the fact that we have a black president. When they howl “take back America!!!” they mean to take it back from the minorities. Luckily the middle class and the poor far outnumber the tea-baggers so they will have little effect in November.
