Nicholas Plato, 18, of Berlin Heights, was found by Vermilion police in the restroom at Exchange Park along with his 16-year-old girlfriend. Police found a condom wrapper in the toilet and an unopened can of malt liquor inside the stall.

At least he wasn’t doing it with an underage boy. And most 16 year old girls are “doing it” anyway.
Sounds like he was being responsible: preventing pregnancy (condom wrapper open) and keeping the 16 year old from booze (malt liquor can not open). Aren’t teen girls entitled to be curious about condoms while in the stall of a men’s terlet? Sheesh…
EITHER WAY THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I understand your 18 your a “leagl adult” as recognized by the government but 16 COME ON GIRL what the hell are these kids today thinking?!? when I was 16 a boy, bathroom stall & bottle of malt liqour was not my idea of romance-nor is it today. Kids these days need to stop spending so much time trying to grow up and be adults and focus on the ONE child hood we all get. what a waste – let me guess she’ll be the next ‘new mommy’ on 16 and pregnant – HOW AWESOME WHAT A ROLL MODEL!!!
