  • There’s the monkey. Happy now?

Surely you read about the pet monkey that escaped from his owner’s truck — a truck that was carrying animal carcasses from a meat processing plant — after a crash yesterday morning in Medina. Right?

The most famous pet monkey in the world at the moment scurried up a pole and sat there.

Interesting story, but no pictures. Until now. Because the Ohio State Highway Patrol knows it has to give the public what the public wants, and right now the public wants pictures of that pet monkey sitting on a pole in Medina.

  1. Last I read in most of the news reports was the driver went to the hospital and the monkey was tied to a pole or tree.
    So what happened to the monkey while the driver was hospitalized?
    Did the monkey end up at the meat processing plant too?
