Cuyahoga County’s bumpin’ YouTube channel just posted this video tour of the new Medical Mart, which is four months ahead of schedule and so far running under its projected budget. They couldn’t get Kate Upton to guide the tour, so they settled on Dave Johnson, the Med Mart’s Director of Public Relations. The 1-million-square-foot facility is now 95% complete and slated to open in July for the 2013 National Senior Games (really). If you’re not a septuagenarian pickleball phenom, you might be able to check out the new digs at this summer’s grand opening reception; otherwise, you’ll have to wait until the Mart formally opens in October for the Cleveland Clinic Innovation Summit. SPOILER ALERT: the “theme” of the first floor is “us as individuals,” because apparently Med Mart planners all really miss Drama Club.
