Brian Okin is no longer executive chef at Luxe Kitchen & Lounge, according to Owner Melissa Cole.
Cole is not wasting any time looking back.
“Brian is moving onto bigger and better things. He’s been around a long time,” she says. “He has developed a following with his Thomas Keller’s Bouchon, Ad Hoc kind of style. There were no stylistic issues with Luxe.”
According to Cole, Okin’s replacement will be announced early next week.
Okin had no comment.
