Major college programs have “assistant coaches” who are essentially babysitters to monitor players — while the buck stops on the desk of the head coach, it is beyond incredible that other Baylor staff members – who dealt with Art Briles on a daily basis – had not one clue concerning the serious problems outside the locker room.
