At many of the wedding receptions we’ve attended, families of the bride and groom typically send their newlyweds home with well wishes and gifts, not corporal stab wounds.
Yet, that’s exactly what one new Cleveland groom received this weekend, at his own wedding reception, nonetheless, after a physical altercation broke out between the groom and a relative.
Cleveland.com reports the stabbing occurred around 10:20 p.m. on Saturday at a party center on Lee Road and Harvard Ave. The groom identified his attacker as his step-brother, but police have not yet apprehended the suspect.
Other details of the incident are fairly scant, but various reports indicate the newlyweds’ honeymoon was re-rerouted through MetroHealth Medical Center where they are enjoying tropical punch flavored Jell-O and canned pineapple.

Welcome to the world we live in……Reality TV for scary people.
Too much “Grape Drank” NOIMSAIN?
Ouch. Not a good way to start off the honeymoon. Also, not cool that the guy doing the stabbing just ruined their wedding night.
